GUARANTOR PROCESS

If you have been asked to be a guarantor (required of all student tenants), we need your permission to conduct a quick credit check.

This type of credit check will not affect your credit status, and is known as a ‘soft footprint’. In order to proceed with the tenancy application as quickly as possible, please complete the form below. If you have any questions, please contact office@norwichstudentlettings.co.uk

  1. We always have the needs of our tenants at the forefront of our business
  2. We will always manage individual tenant needs amongst the housing group in a caring and empathetic manner
  3. We use an emergency phone on a rota basis, giving tenants round-the-clock support in the event of a genuine emergency
  4. Partnering with Keys4Life our aim is to help our tenants take care of their mental health
  5. Each tenancy will have a designated property management team, to ensure that all tenants have a go-to point of call
