ABOUT US

After 7 years of managing a substantial student property portfolio for a private landlord in Norwich, Jon Champion started Champion Property Management in 2014 with one simple goal; to take a fresh and fair approach to letting to students.

Lets face it; letting agents have been given a bad name in recent years. Whether it’s the tenant who can’t get a reply about their broken boiler or the landlord who is paying out large management fees but never seems to get a straight answer.

We want to give letting agents a better name! To do this we have set up a service that seeks to take care of its tenants and make sure our landlords’ properties are looked after with the utmost respect.

We seek to achieve this by providing:

PERSONALISED SERVICE

Each property we manage has a dedicated property manager who knows the house, the landlord and the tenants personally. This means that, whether you are a tenant, a landlord or a guarantor, you know you’ll be able to get through to someone who can help. Get to know the team here.

PROACTIVE MANAGEMENT

We actively seek to contact tenants regularly offering advice and help on how to get the best out of their property. Whether its advice about using the heating, leaving the house for holidays, or getting the most back from their deposit, we’re on hand to teach you how to properly look after a house. The result is properties that are carefully looked after leading to happy tenants and happy landlords.

IN HOUSE MAINTENANCE

We have an in house maintenance team meaning we can attend and deal with maintenance issues as and when they arise. This reduces the cost to the landlord as it cuts down the amount of times costly contractors need to be called out. Find out more about our service here.

FOCUS ON STUDENTS

Before starting the company in 2014, Jon noticed that the big estate agents didn’t seem to take the best care of student properties; or the student tenants. He wanted to provide a service especially for students, helping to deal with those who were moving into their first rented house and provide peace of mind to landlords looking to let in this area.
