We want to give letting agents a better name! To do this we have set up a service that seeks to take care of its tenants and make sure our landlords’ properties are looked after with the utmost respect.

At Champion Property Management we specialise in student accommodation; since 2014 we have let houses to thousands of students in Norwich. A big part of what we do is teach you how to look after a house; from how to use the boiler to how to manage mould growth and condensation, we want to make sure you know how to get the most out of your new home. We will walk you through the whole process form start to finish offering free advice along the way.
Once you have decided on a house that you would like to let you will then move into the application process. This has been streamlined over years of trial and error to provide a service that is straight ford and can all be completed from a smartphone.

This allows you and your guarantors to check all the paperwork through before agreeing to a tenancy, so there will be no nasty surprised. While we hope that there will be no emergencies during your tenancy, we make sure that there is someone on call 24 hours a day that you can get hold of if need be. Your safety as a tenant is of our utmost concern and we will do everything we can to make sure maintenance requests and emergencies are dealt with efficiently.
We have always found them to be honest, trustworthy and reliable, giving good advice when needed and relieving us of the day to day stresses and strains that can occur when dealing with tenants and property upkeep!

We will provide you with a dedicated property manager who will not only be you post of contact but will also get to know your property and its history inside-out. They will also build a relationship with the tenants and represent you on all matters relating to your property. This allows us to make sure we keep on top of any maintenance tasks that arise and help to keep tenants happy for the length of the tenancy in your property.
We provide some in house maintenance services allowing us to cut costs and respond quickly to maintenance issues. We also have close relationships with a number of local contractors that we trust to deliver a great service. Find out more here.
As members of the Eastern Landlord Association, and Client Money Protect, we can ensure that all the money we hold on your behalf is completely secure, and held within a dedicated client account. Deposits are also held in a separate account and protected with mydeposits.co.uk. Finally, we belong to the PRS Property Redress Scheme.
Whilst we manage all sorts of properties, we specialise in student property management. We have an excellent relationship with the UEA and NUA, and proactively manage those tenants who have never rented before. We walk them through the process from start to finish in order to help them take responsibility for the house they are renting.
We are also able to offer landlords advice and project management when it comes to new investments. Having dealt with the student market for a number of years we are able to suggest suitable properties in the right locations, help you get them up to local guidelines and furnish them in a student-friendly manner.
