Student Info

All properties are fully furnished to include a bed, desk & chair, wardrobe and chest of drawers in each bedroom. All properties have fully fitted kitchens and include a microwave, oven, hob, washing machine, freezer and fridges with appropriate storage for the amount of tenants sharing.

All our properties have an Energy Performance Certificate, an annual CORGI Gas Inspection therefore carrying a Landlords CORGI Gas Certificate plus a NICEIC Electrical Certificate which is renewed every 2 years.
